1. Would you like to work for me?
Wanted: One or two SBI users who love a challenge
====================================================
Is this just what you’ve been looking for? Maybe you need extra publicity, traffic and sales – or perhaps you need something else that I can help you with.
I need a new work-from-home, part-time assistant, or more likely two.
You’ll already be a Site Build It (SBI) user and as well as loving a challenge you’re creative and innovative. You can see that this is a win-win arrangement.
Does this sound like you? If so, read on…
Here’s the background…
In 2002, I hired an assistant, Rupert, gave him Site Build It! – https://www.associateprograms.com/buildit – told him to read the instructions and build an affiliate website. (Users now have a Video Action Guide to follow.)
When he’d done that successfully, I asked him to build another site.
Although Rupert had no experience in affiliate marketing, he did a good job, with the help of the SBI Action Guide and almost no help from me. His success was a wonderful testament to Ken Evoy’s SBI tools and teaching.
The sites Rupert built are:
dj-tips-and-tricks.com
cheap-computers-guide.com
A few years ago, Rupert moved on and another assistant has been managing the sites for us, adding fresh content and marketing the sites. In its best month, the cheap computers site generated $3,400, but in recent times, a few hundred dollars a month has been much more common. Last month, the computers site generated $430.06 in AdSense and affiliate revenue. The DJ site made $736.91.
Part of the challenge is that the two SBI case studies Rupert wrote…
Affiliate marketing case study using SBI
Web affiliate programs experiment 2
…received a lot of attention, and we’ve attracted many copycat sites. These niches – especially the cheap computers one – are now intensely competitive.
Unfortunately, the assistant who’s managing these sites now wants to move on and has sent me this email…
……..quote…………………………………….
“There are 2 truths I have come to see …
“1. I love working on sites whose topics I love
“2. I dread working on sites whose topics I don’t relate to
“I have to do what I enjoy to remain motivated and productive.
“To that end, I need you to find someone else to manage the
sites I currently work on for you.
“This isn’t something you have to do immediately; I will continue
to work on the sites until such time as you find the appropriate
person(s) to take over. I have no problem doing this for
several months if need be. I can also work with the new manager
to make an easy transition and would be available for questions, etc.
after the transition period as well.
“I would respectfully suggest you find someone who knows SBI
(or is willing to learn quickly); who has an interest in the topics
of the sites (which may mean finding more than one person to do it
and splitting the sites).
“The sites need feeling, passion, something to make them unique
so they will stand out from the crowd. I can’t give them that and
have come to find (particularly over the last year) that this is
essential to long-term success for these sites (if you want them
to soar).
“Your having me work on these sites has taught me a lot about
multi-tasking, prioritizing and most of all about me and that I
need to enjoy what I do.
“Allan, I thank you for this opportunity to work with you and Joanna.
You have been an inspiration to me and I would never have gotten
as far as I have without you as motivation.”
……..end quote…………………………………
I agree. These sites do need feeling, passion, something to make them unique so they will get noticed.
For a swift transition to a new assistant, we need someone who is already using SBI and who loves it. (That shouldn’t be too hard to find – there are more than 30,000 SBI users.) For each site, your main tasks will be adding fresh, original content to the site and marketing it. You’ll earn a percentage of the site’s revenue – and receive any other benefits which we negotiate.
If you’re an SBI user, you’ll know that SBI keeps improving every year and that Ken Evoy has VERY interesting improvements planned, including Content 2.0, which will help many SBI sites grow in leaps and bounds. I’d love to see these two sites grow as SBI grows.
As you know, Ken doesn’t just have customers – he has raving fans. He doesn’t just sell a product, he provides a complete business-building system, with an incredibly supportive private forum that has a friendly, helpful attitude better than any I’ve seen anywhere on the Internet.
(To get a peek inside that fantastic SBI forum, all you have to do is join Ken’s SiteSell affiliate program here – https://www.associateprograms.com/affiliates )
Would you like to take over the management of these sites – or one of them – and show us what you’re capable of?
If you do, could we give your existing websites some publicity, or help you in some other mutually beneficial way?
If so, please write and tell me about yourself, about your experience with Site Build It, tell me why you’re the right person for this assignment, and what profit sharing arrangement you think would be fair. Please tell me any ideas you have on how we can make this a win-win arrangement.
Please note: This isn’t a job for a newcomer to affiliate marketing. I used to hire newcomers and train them. I don’t do that any more. If you use SBI, you’ll already know it provides incredible help in the form of the Action Guide, the private SBI forum and all the online HQ articles.
This is an opportunity for someone who is already successful.
If you have something to offer, please make it clear whether you’re interested in managing one or both sites.

[UPDATE: This position has now been filled.]=====================================
2. ClickBank offers recurring billing
=====================================
ClickBank affiliate network is now offering recurring billing. This makes it easy for you to sell subscriptions, memberships, and monthly access to digital products.
ClickBank is good, but I’ve often wondered why it has been so slow to improve what it does. For years, it almost seems to have been openly inviting new, more innovative competitors. So it’s good to see this update.

3. Why I’m keeping this short
=============================
I’m keeping this newsletter short because I don’t want to distract you. I’d like you to think about that win-win arrangement I mentioned.
