Associate Programs Newsletter #416
Yesterday I flew down to Sydney to one of Australia’s only affiliate marketing conferences.
It was just a 1 day event and had a whole cross section of people there. Often the best part of going to those events is connecting with other affiliates.
During one of the breaks, I was chatting to a couple of guys who ran an online business that was just getting started.
During the course of the conversation, I shared with them what I believe are really “The Keys to the Kingdom” for seeing massive growth within online businesses.
The example I always give when discussing this principle demonstrates how easy it can be to grow an already successful business 8 fold.
I can honestly say, that truly embracing this insight has been the biggest driving force in seeing massive growth within our own business in the last 2 years.
Yet, sometimes when I freely share this principle with people, their eyes sort of glaze over.
I can tell it doesn’t really “click” for them.
It’s almost like the whole underlying idea is somewhat overwhelming, and they can’t see the forest for the trees.
When I got home last night I saw that Anik Singal and Mike Filsaime’s LaunchTree product, well… launched.
It was really cool to see how they rolled this thing out, and how powerfully my “Keys to the Kingdom” principle was in operation.
Not surprising I guess, given the calibre of marketers they are.
Yeah… I know many of you are probably sick to death of hearing about LaunchTree. However, I would encourage you to have a different attitude.
If you are running a business online, you must consider yourself a student of marketing. As a part of this you should analyze what the guys who are running these successful launches are doing.
I was inspired enough by this launch to write a blog post about the “keys to the kingdom” principle, and dissecting the LaunchTree product launch in light of this.

Thought for today: Reaching goals
