Writing content is here to stay.
It’s still the only real way that search engines can match search terms to your web site.
But let’s face it. Creating content is not everyone’s cup of tea.
Some find it downright painful and after spending weeks of time perfecting their site have to go through it all over again to create unique articles for submission.
With this problem in mind let’s have a look at how to maximize our time when writing content.
I’ve had a go at a few different content/article spinners over the years.
To be honest with you, I found them to be pretty lame.
I guess that the first wave of anything new often is.
A few weeks ago a friend of mine asked me to test drive a new content spinner. I thought to myself, here we go again.
It wasn’t until yesterday that I finally decided to load on the software. To my surprise I had a great experience and so now I’m sharing it with you here.
This software is simply a downloadable application and was designed to help users create large volumes of unique plain text and html articles quickly from just one source article.
Let me show you how it works and I’ll also reveal a few ways to use it effectively.
The first Step
After installing, the first thing to do is to click “Create New Project” or of course you can open a previously saved one.
A pop up box appears in which you add the name of your project.
After naming your project you simply click “OK” and you're asked where you'd like to save it (in which folder on your computer).
This is what you’ll see immediately after saving your project.
You can place multiple articles under one project. To do this just click on the article title, give it a name and click enter or return on your keyboard. Next click the + symbol and keep adding until you have named all of the new articles that you’re going to work on under the one project.
The source article
While you can write your source article within Rapid Rewritter itself, it’s probably easier to create it in Word or Writer.
It pays to put some quality time into the creation of your source article. This is because it’s the foundation on which all of the spun versions will be built.
While you’ll hear different ideas for ideal article length, I’ve found that around 300 – 500 hundred words is ideal when creating articles for article submission.
If you do build your source article in your word processor, copy it into notepad, smultron or a similar text editor and then copy out again into your clipboard to rid it of unwanted background formatting.
Now that it’s in your clipboard click on the big green down arrow in Rapid Rewritter. This will pull your source article from your clipboard inserting it into the article space you’ve selected as active within your project.
I've just clicked on the big green down arrow and you can see my content, the content we're going to spin together.
Next we click on the semi-circular purple arrow to start the spinning process.
After clicking the purple arrow here's what you will see.
The first original sentence and a box for Spin 1.
Spin 1 is where you’ll rewrite the first sentence. The idea here is to restructure the words. You want to say the same thing but in a different way.
Now click the + symbol to create spin box 2 and repeat the process (paraphrase the sentence by writing it another way and repeat).
Ideally, you should create 5 separate spins for each sentence. This is important if you intend to output 100s of unique content articles.
So you simply navigate through each sentence of your source article by clicking the right arrow as shown above. This is how you progress sentence by sentence.
The second part of the spinning process involves spinning as many of the individual words in each sentence as you possibly can.
“Why would Google ‘close' accounts without regard for the future of Adwords PPC marketing?” As I double click on the word ‘close' in that sentence you can see that a large library of synonyms (the inbuilt thesaurus) instantly opens as below.
This pop up is where we spin the individual words. Rapid Rewritter throws up the alternatives and you simply click on the ones that you want to use.
After moving through and spinning every sentence and all of the spinable words within your article you then click save and Rapid Rewritter with import your article in its spun form as below.
Notice that the spun sentences are in blue and the spun words appear in green.
In this window you can also spin any word you like by doubling clicking on it.
One you're happy, you then select how many unique articles you want Rapid ReWriter to create by clicking “Export”. After choosing how many, Rapid Rewriter goes to work and quickly outputs all of the unique files for you… As simply as that.
Now here is one VERY cool feature…
No longer do you have to painstakingly submit all of these to the article directories. It's built right in. Simply set your login information, author bio, SEO value title and click submit. It's another time saving aspect that comes in handy and once you’ve put in your details there they’re stored for future use.

You can preview your articles as they will appear at final output. Just click “Generate” and you can step through the various final versions one at a time.
Huge in built thesaurus
This is a great feature and you can add words to grow the thesauruses to your own liking.
Optional sentence feature
This is a great idea they’ve incorporated to randomize sentence inclusion. By making 3 or 4 of the sentences in your articles optional, Rapid Rewritter will randomize their inclusion creating alterations in paragraph and sentence count to assist in the creation of article uniqueness footprints.

Overall I can say that this copy rewriter tool is the best I’ve ever used. It’s very simple and straightforward in it's approach and certainly makes the process of unique article creation dramatically faster.
If you spin each article sentence 5 times and each word as many times as possible, it will faithfully output a large number of unique articles at the click of a button. Try writing all those by hand… No thanks.
This tool is ideal for those who need many unique articles but don't have weeks or the budget required to employ others to get the job done.

It's worth me pointing out here that you can install Rapid Rewriter on up to three computers at the same time. This is pretty generous. Better still, if you’re using three copies you can deactivate one PC and install that copy temporarily on another machine to let someone else use it.
This is great news if you're hiring a freelancer or contractor to actually do the source writing and article spinning for you.
