1. 77 Ways to Get Traffic – bonus report
========================================
No matter how many visitors you're getting to your websites, you could always do with more, right?
“How do I get visitors to my site?”
“How can I get more than 500 visitors a day?”
“Are we relying too much on Google?”
“What OTHER ways of getting traffic are there?”
Questions like these are asked on our affiliate forum over and over again.
They're not questions you can answer properly in a few paragraphs.
So I've written a 69-page report, “77 Ways to Get Traffic” (nearly all free).
Don't worry, you don't have to pay for it. It's a bonus for subscribers to the Associate Programs Newsletter.
You can download it here:

Both newbies and veterans will find something useful in this report.
For newcomers, it will open your eyes to dozens of new ways of attracting visitors.
For affiliate veterans, it should remind you of techniques you know about but don't actually use. Perhaps you'll also find a few techniques among the 77 that you don't know about.
It's easy to get in a rut and stick to only a few favorites methods of getting visitors.
Remember, the wider you spread your traffic-gathering net, the stronger and more resilient your business will be.
If you're getting less than 2 million visits a year, you need this report.
Why did I choose the 2 million mark? Read the report to find out.

2. Why Jay has been a bit quiet lately
======================================
Since our Special Projects Manager, Jay Stockwell, launched his much acclaimed KeywordWorkshop.com – the first site which publishes comprehensive reviews of all the major keyword research tools – I've often been asked what his next project will
be.
Well, here's what he's been working so hard on…

3. We've given the old girl a new dress
=======================================
When you go to [Link deleted in archived newsletter.] to download your “77 Ways to Get Traffic” bonus report, you'll notice that we've given AssociatePrograms.com a facelift.
More than a facelift. A total makeover, with several new additions.
As one member of our forum said…
“Holy %#@8&. You've given the old girl a new dress!”
Jay, Ros and I have been working on the improvements for about six months.
It's been a bit like trading in an a Model T Ford for an Aston Martin.
It's been a MAJOR job, uniting the various parts of the site – the affiliate forum, the affiliate articles, the newsletter archives and the new Knowledge Base into one cohesive whole.
We've done a lot, but we still have much more planned.
Here are some of the improvements we've done so far…
* A new affiliate Knowledge Base, including a glossary. It's useful, but it needs more work. We'll keep improving it.
* A new onsite search engine, making it much easier for you to find things, whether you're on the forum, in the Knowledge Base, the newsletter archives, or anywhere.
* New sections – Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced. If you're an expert and would like to help us with the Advanced section, please let us know here:
https://www.associateprograms.com/authors/register
* Product reviews are now easy to find, in their own section.
* New ways for you to have your say. You can comment on articles and also on programs in the affiliate directory. (Real, useful comments, please. Self-promotion won't see the light of day. Early feedback has been fantastic. Thanks.)
* New articles by expert writers. Check the main page for the new featured articles “How WordPress outguns Blogger” and “Affiliate datafeed sites”.
* Major improvements to the way we list affiliate programs in the affiliate directory, with heaps more useful details, available at a glance. This is a work in progress – we're just getting started.
* RSS feeds of all the sections you're interested in, including not just the forum, but also new affiliate programs and this newsletter. The message ALWAYS gets through the filters if you use RSS. (See the site for details.)
There's more, but that's enough detail for one day. Have a look at the site – https://www.associateprograms.com – and see what you think of the transformation.
Many of these improvements have been made as results of suggestions readers have made. If you recognise any of your suggestions in the above list… Many thanks.
Our goal was to switch our image from friendly amateur to friendly professional. Do you think we managed to achieve it?

4. Want to comment?
===================
Over the years, several readers have suggested that we ought to introduce an easy way for readers to comment on things I say in this newsletter.
Well, now you can.
We've put a lot of hard work into all this. We'd love to learn what you think.
Feel free to add your comment to the bottom of this issue of the newsletter.
You can now add comments to any article or newsletter. Have fun!

5. Thought for today: Sail away from the safe harbor
====================================================
“Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore, dream, discover.” – Mark Twain.
All the best
