Thanks. It's a good list. I notice the author modestly calls it a "compilation of SEO chatter".
I had a laugh over the suggestion that we regularly check all outgoing links. For some large sites, that would be nearly impossible. Google seems to trust some sites. If you're trusted, you can have a few bad links and get away with it.
