An article on the Official Google AdSense Blog showcases the French video-site Imineo.com that clearly violates Google?s AdSense Program Policies by displaying AdSense near explicit Adult Content.

Google allows advertisers to buy porn links. They also allow just about anyone to sign up for Adsense. Then the people who sign up choose to voilate the TOS and they make money until they get caught.

Once caught Google keeps all the money.

So why would they care?

Answer: They only care enough to keep their image sparkling for the media.

Get over it. It happens.

I don't think Google will ban this publisher. It will make headlines that Google don't want.

I don't find any reason they are going to ban them, You can find adsense ad on lingerie and few clad sites as well.
