I personally recommend Cartville. It is a complete shopping cart/autoresponder/affiliate program solution. You can use just the autoresponders if you like. They have unlimited autoresponders with customizable fields, (merge fields), and follow-up responses that you can set for various intervals.
They have an autoresponder-only package for $19/month, and other packages with most robust features at other price-points.
I am using the system right now for a project I am working on, and they are working great. They also have an affiliate program that pays 30% commission per month!
