I dont think there are any websites which can offer free ranking services,although you can get free consultation from several online search engine optimization services.
You can just post your link, and they will come back to you with entire analysis of your website in terms of search engine optimization.  |

-there are many free tools and free ebook about search engines but FREE services to RANK WELL, it is new for me.
it is best to start learn seo and try to get more information to get help your web sites. even you have paid or free services, it is better to learn about seo.

Just help yourself. Learn more about Basic SEO ( Onpage and offpage optimization), Google ranking factor etc.. just help yourself and you will rank well in many search engine such google for free.
