Hi Oxfordian2,
Was your refund request made in time?
Are you sure that SiteSell knows of your refund request? (If you requested by email did SiteSell acknowledge receipt.)
Are you sure that this isn?t a foul up by your credit card company?
Are you sure that the refund won?t show on next month?s statement? (Being too late for this month.)

SiteSell always honors their refunds. Contact their Support team to check the status. I'm sure there was a mixup somewhere.

Your post is meaningless without details.
Your best bet is of course to follow what the others have said and contact them directly. Get an explanation for what is going on.
People think that an individual does this or that. Busy people have people that work for them. I'd bet Ken himself has no idea of your problem.
Venting is a human emotion. But if you want and are entitled to a refund within the terms of the contract you agreed to - venting won't help.
You have to take the time to follow up.
If at that point you are not refunded then still feel slighted you will have something to post here so people can help.
And when you do in fact get your refund, you should return and post a follow up message.
