On a typical content page(which is an article on my chosen keyword) which has an article of 500 words, How much should i include the keyword on that webpage, in the article (%) ?

Considering that..I have already included the keyword in THIS webpages'...

-H1 tag,
-H2 tag,
-Keyword Tag,
-Description tag,
-end of web page,
-and 2 other sentences

that is 6 times already...... WITHOUT including it in the article..

How many times approximiatly should i include the keyword in the 500 word article considering I have used it 6 times allready optimzing the page?

How many times should i include the keyword in the article ?

it is better to use your keyword around 10 times in your article.

It is very good to place your keyword in h1, h2 tags etc..

I've gotten high rankings with articles only using my keyword 3-4 times. But keep in mind, it's not just about your keyword density anymore. It's also important to internlink your pages and use your targeted keywords in the actual links.

I don't count keywords but others swear by it. I go for a natural-sounding body of text.

As someone has said, ranking with far less occurrences can happen. If you need a figure, I often see people recommending a figure around 2-3%.

It's not about ONE keyword phrase anymore, it's about having many related words ( --> "LSI" - latent semantic indexing) in the text, so that the search engines deems the text relevant.
