Yes, this is my BIGGEST mistake in Article Writing and Marketing.

That is my Bio Resource. I have put only my URL and not keyword link.

What I get is I have over 300 backlink for my URL, not the keyword that I want.

Now I have to REDO everything again. Humph!

Don't follow my mistake. Make sure you have keyword link in your Bio Resource!

nkthen,

My experience is that many sites do not allow you to have keyword links in your by-line. You'll have to read the guidelines for each site to determine if that is allowed.

I have found that as well. Quite frustrating.

You should set up 2 bios. One with your URL only and the second with your URL-keyword. It's time consuming but with this you can cover both cases of directories accepting keywords on bio or not.

- submit articles to articles directories is win-win
you offer article to get links and resources box
articles directory will get new content
if articles directory did not accept you condition, it is better to avoid working with it.

I use Article Marketer for my article submissions. They allow you to create two resource boxes - one with plain text and your standard link and the other with HTML, so you can incorporate text links where appropriate. Then when they submit your articles, the sites that allow HTML will use the appropriate resource box with your anchor text. It's pretty handy!

Goarticles allows you to place your search phrase in your bio link. I have had great success there this past week as far as article requests and getting listed on google. No sales yet though.

Most of the article directories allow you to have anchor text links. Some don't allow and just strip the html codes. But you should try the text links.
