A Quick and Easy and often overlooked tool you can use to do a quick check is to simply use the search engines cache feature. I've found some really simple mistakes in coding I've done by doing this.
The Cache shows a simple picture of what the search engine sees.

I've also found errors in my sites coding when I have looked at its cache. That was about 2 years ago though when I was still learning. Thanks for the useful tool.
