Post subject: Question about different accounts and the same IP address
|
|
|
I've just got a deal to do a bit of work for a local offline internet marketing company near where I live. To start with they want me to submit some articles to directories then hopefully branch out into some more interesting and better paid stuff - possibly even go full time.
I don't want to submit their articles under my pen names to the directories that I've already been submitting to. Some of them I have built up a relationship with so I've decided to create an alias account for each one.
If I were to have a big article submission session - submitting my own articles and the articles for the client by logging in and out of the two different accounts would they notice the same IP address and realise something is up?
Can anyone think of a more efficient way? (the idea of outsourcing to a submission service did occur to me but that would be unethical and I want to develop this relationship and start building a name for myself so it's not an option). _________________ Make Music Online Yeah that's right - I said music! I may be a bit slow here, but exactly why would that be unethical? They're hiring you for your knowledge and skills. They hired you because you know stuff they don't. As I see it, you'd just be using your knowledge and skills cost-effectively as a sub-contractor and organiser instead of merely selling your hours, which are finite.
Sorry if I'm sounding too harsh here, and please correct me if I've misunderstood something, but I think selling your hours is the bad idea because there are only 40 or 60 hours to sell each week. Selling your knowledge is a much better idea. _________________ Allan Gardyne

Many of the article directories allow you to set up several pen names, ezinearticles and articledashboard are two that come to mind, so no problem with those.
For the directories that don?t have that facility you can try opening another account using an alternative email address, if it doesn?t work ? no loss. _________________ Why Do Most Affiliates Make Less Than $500 Per Month?
