Andyz, can you please post an example of such site?
I love the technique MoreNiche uses for its programs - free downloadable PDF books which have built-in your affiliate code. You can share them on your sites/blogs or via peer-2-peer programs like Limewire.
I don't think Allan would like me posting the link to one

Sorry, I thought it is OK, because many people do it here when it is ASKED for something...what is the best or something like that. Wally has left such links though I have reported them to him and he said to me it's OK!
But I don't want to argue with you. I have understand and will follow your rules.

No, it was affiliate links. As I reported some self promotional posts to him, Wally said to me that if there's asked such questions that encourage posting links, and it is helpful, then it is OK. He has not deleted the posts or the links.
Unfortunately I deleted Wallys answers because the inbox was full, but I'm sure I can show you some postings where he left such links.

one of the best lessons i learned was to focus. now i know my life may not be focused at the moment. i'm studying at university and i'm trying to regain a footing on the interent.
but i saw the mnost results when i shut the door on everything else, bar the project i was working on.
now for me this was really difficult, but if you're not focused, if you take on too at one time (especially when starting out) i think your as good as doomed.
one step at a time, and take things at your own pace.
it doesn't matter if someone goes from nothing to making a substantial income, in a year, that's the other guy not you. take things at your own pace and focus. |

Just stumbled about:
A two part salesletter, on the first page you don't see if it's a salesletter or something free. Then below you have to lick on "read more".
If you click, then comes a script popup optin form with "Before you continue, let me give you something... FREE!"
I don't know how good this works, but that seems to me a good possibility to have another chance to get someone opt in.
Also I think little used or new appoaches have more of a surprise effect, so it should be more effective as "old" stuff.

E-mail marketing still works best for me so far. We recruit and assist affiliates entirely using email with occasional use of IM.

Its very hard to get going but one needs to keep on with long hours of work evey day i almost gave up with my website as nothing was going right spent money on these so called traffic sending sites
Its been a year now that i have changed the way i look at the net its forums like these that you get the best training by reading the threads and what members have posted through there own experiences IS THE BEST
One of my sites is now getting well over 2 millions hits and its all natural traffic from the search engines google, yahoo, msn , and so on but this has taken time it did not happen over night
Now i have less to do but very effective in still promoing my site i know its hard as i have mentioned above but if you are serious about running your own website business then you need to work very hard to get to this position
1.link building
2.good content (your own) and not taken from other websites if you cant write then hire some one there are many good writers out there
3.do your own posting and not rely on others if you want to say Spam free
This is the method i have used

Pay-Per-Click really works for me best & I keep changing Affilate Program from time to time as per my own research of the traffic(i.e. what people are looking for)......

I just found an interesting twist on salesletters.
I call it a "PRE-Salesletter page".
It comes before the salesletter, and is not long, but only a screen and a bit. The one that I've seen is graphical very appealing, and has only some features or benefits and some testimonials on it, and a button below to click to the salesletter.
I think it is good, because people don't land direct on a salesletter, so they don't think maybe "Oh no, not again a salesletter" or they are frightened because of so much to read.
For me it has worked, because I felt good, was interested in more and clicked the button.
