Post subject: New to ClickBank-one or more accounts ??

Hello, friendly forum.
Some of you here always has an answer - so here is my question: I am writing as fast I can on my first eBook. As soon as it is finished (this weekend I hope) I want to put it up for sale through ClickBank. I know how to get an account registered-have been there. When that's in place, I start my next book. I have ideas for 12-15 books, so I have enough to do... 64000$ question: From what I can see at ClickBank, I have to open a NEW account for eBook no.2, and so on. Is that really correct, or is it just me that hasn't been able to read their pages ?? Anyone ? Hello ? |

Will Bontrager also has some useful free scripts for working with ClickBank. I am not sure of his plans to rewrite them for the changes at ClickBank, but I'd take a look and see...

Keep in mind that if you use easy Clickmate or another script that works the same way, you'll only have one listing in the Clickbank directory regardless of how many products you are selling.
Depending on the products you're selling, I have found it beneficial to pay the $49 to Clickbank for each product and get a separate directory listing for each product. This puts each of your product listings in front of shoppers and in front of potential affiliates. If you're not selling something that can get that $49 back in short order, you probably are wasting your time putting the website together in the first place.
There is also the issue of a script like easy Clickmate generating links from your affiliates to your site instead of to Clickbank and that should help you in search engine results. But again, all those links go to one site. If all your products are similar, that might not be a bad thing, but it's important to think through the advantages & disadvantages beforehand.

Excellent point.
If you are adding products one at a time, you should be able to able sell $50 worth in less time than it takes to create a new one.
The exception might be if you were devising a series of products that followed on from each other, with each one introducing and promoting the next, say.
