Post subject: Decent traffic tracker/analyzer?

Can anyone recommend a good program to track site usage? I started with GoDaddy's free "stats" page, which didn't give enough info. I've just changed to "Traffic Facts", which is okay but not impressive (IMHO).
What is everyone using, and is it reasonably priced? I'd like some good detail that I can manipulate different ways.

Web-stat.com is really good and they have a free 30 day trial. Then after that its only $5 a month. Pretty decent if you ask me.

You can take a look at sitemeter.com It has a 2 weeks free trail. Onother option which is free with less features, is statscounter.com.

None of these seem to have the ability to track a visitors "route" through your website. To know how many, what pages, etc. is fine, but I want to be able to track what path a vistor takes through my site.
Any ideas.
