i personally have never been a fan of adsense but i read a few articles about the death of adsense and i was wondering if your adsense income really decreased? are you considering other options instead of adsense?

for me adsense isn't worth to bother for just a few cents and i see google stealing my traffic since when somebody clicks on the ad s/he's gone before i even have a chance to show what's on my site. if i have to put it, i put it all the way down the page so that if s/he's not interested in anything on my site then i can at least make a couple of cents when s/he's leaving..

what do you think?

Lily

Hi Lily!

Adsense can be still very profitable, some make 10.000s a month, though the income of many marketers has been goin down very much.
But it's not very easy to make serious money with it. Maybe it's easy if you know how to do it the right way. There are some books and so that are explaining how one can set up relatively easy and fast Adsense sites that are making good profit, but I don't know, how good this works for someone that is new to it.

Although my sites are making about the half of the profits with adsense, i am not a big fan too. (I am not a big fan of all CPC ads actually as they cheapen the site and you can't control them). But since it makes some money, I am still using it.
I see drops and increases in different times. It's hard to tell how much of it is my own fault

Google could care less about little mom and pop websites. The money is in the big deal... and there are plenty of "heavyweights" to partner with.

So if you don't figure out how to profit from Adsense then do something else.

It's really that simple. Some people know how to take advantage of Adsense, some people don't.

But adsense is neither dead nor broken.
