Post subject: High allinanchor, yet low on SERPS

Hi guys..
what would be your recommendations regarding being "High in allinanchor, Low in SERPS" ? Where can the flaw be? My website is number one with the allinanchor query, yet 29 in SERPS.. and does not seems to rise anymore..but drops to 31 in a day or two, then comes back to 29..how to make it rise..?

As you probably know, Google has said publicly that it uses more than 100 factors to rank websites. The words people use when they link to you are very important, but you seem to be suggesting they're the ONLY factor.
What are are you asking for? A list of all the other things you can do? Whew!
