If it does, then I am saved. Cause I have an abnormally high CTR. But if it tracks my IP, then no problem, it can see that my clicks came from different IP at different times.

Google says they "know" if you make the clicks... many different methods.

If you are worried about it take the time to write to their reps - I have the same rep I write for everything.

Tell them - Hey my clickthrough rates have been a little higher and I'm not sure why. Tell them your IP.

Be proactive and you're account will be fine. Don't give them the opportunity to think you are cheating somehow. Even innocent people can get caught up in Google's filtering method. There is not substitute for 1 on 1 talking.
