Hi everyone,
I have often seen the pro's using those
"What is the biggest challenge you face in trying to ***?"
type of page.
Does anyone know how to create those pages?

You need to make a normal html page with web form.
I guess you're wondering about making the form?
Look online for a form solution that's suitable for your skill level - type "html form" or "web form" in google.
I've used a tool called phorm recently which requires you to know how to create a html form - there are other tools that are simpler.
Also your web host may also have form building tool. I noticed that midphase had one.
