Here's what I reckon you should do. Don't look for the best opportunity, look for the best opportunity FOR YOU.
To find the "best opportunity", I strongly recommend that you analyze your interests, strengths and weaknesses and create a business which capitalizes on your interests and strengths and avoids your weaknesses. Or, if it's difficult to avoid your weaknesses, either look for ways to outsource tasks which involve your weaknesses, or look for ways to improve your own knowledge and skills in those areas.
Some affiliates do well reviewing geeky gadgets, some do well with humor sites, some do well with buying pay-per-click advertising and flicking the traffic on to affiliate merchants, some do well publishing newsletters. A few do well by publishing popular blogs.
Here are some more specific examples. I own a site which is all about how to be a club DJ. I own another site which is all about gluten intolerance. Unless you're interested in those things, I imagine it would be quite an uphill climb for you if you wanted to tackle either of those niches.
I also do very well with various topics in the Internet marketing field, intensely competitive niches in which I've developed a keen interest. You can check out those in my top 10: Best affiliate programs.
Now, seriously, has any of that information done you any good?
(I deleted your other similar post. As we say in the forum guidelines, please don't post the same message in different sections of the forum. Doing so fragments discussion. I'm posting this tip publicly not to embarrass you, but to help other forum members.)
If forgot to ask your question about an automatic income. Almost automatic income comes in EVERY niche - but only after you've learned the business and done a lot of work. A website can work like your 24/7 slave, attracting visitors and achieving sales. It's hard to find a business which is more automatic than that. _________________ Allan Gardyne
