Hello all! I have been lurking on this and several other forums for the last few weeks after I got taken for a few hundred $, by a scam artist claiming to get me started in affiliate selling. I didn?t know anything about it before and still know very little now.
I have been reading everything I can about SBI! and it looks like a pretty complete package for those with no site building experience. I do have pretty good computer knowledge as far as building PC?s, and some network knowledge, but I have nothing in the way of web site building, or how to use the affiliate networks to get links to my site ect?
I have a few questions about Site build it,
1. Can I use it to build multiple sites?
2. I know it will teach me how to monetize, but can it help identify the right affiliate programs based on my subject/theme?
4. Will it help with setting up those programs and links up to my site?
5. Are there any hidden fees other than the initial fee?
6. Are there any recurring monthly or yearly fees?
7. Will it help me learn how to build sites with other programs like FrontPage or Dreamweaver?
I know this last one very hard to answer because what you get out of anything depends on what you put into it, but what is the success rate or ROI like for the average SBI! user?

Hi Houdy,
Here're the answers to your q's:
1. One account entitles you to one website only.
2. No, you'll have to scour affiliate networks and directories for relevent products yourself.
4. No, you'll have to join the programs, obtained your affiliate links and place them on your website yourself.
5. No.
6. Yes, the annual fee is $299.
7. No... if you want to learn those software, the best option is buy one of those Dummies or Idiot's Guide books. That's how I learned...
Hope this helps... _________________ All the best,

SBI will teach you how to build a successful longterm business and privide all the tools you need and more.
There are extra costs that you can choose to opt in or out of such as wordtracker credits and buying backlinks from major directories. These are costs that would be incurred anyway.
The package itself is the best value for money anyone could ever hope for.
Nothing (I mean nothing) comes close. _________________ Do You Really Want To Quit Your Day Job?

Is there a size or page limit to the site?
You can have as many pages as you like.

The site and domain name are mine to keep?
Correct, but if you use the block builder tool in SBI instead of uploading your own html pages, it can be a pain to transfer your SBI site to another host. _________________ Robert

Houdy,
I predict that once you find your site's niche, start getting a taste of success with your site and experience the community amoung us who use it, you would never want to change to anything else. It would simply be a huge step backwards and, plain and simple, there is nothing better. _________________ Take The "Tech" Out Of Website Creation PPC 72,500% Faster - Watch the Video Evidence
I really want to get started but I keep trying to come up with a good theme/niche to get into. I really only have background in one industry that might be profitable but it?s too broad, and the particular focus on that industry that I may be considered an expert in is too narrow or might not be very profitable. My hobby is not going to do much for me in a way profits either. And then there is what I really love to do; lay around, watch TV, spend money, drink a few cold ones and sleep. Not much of a market for those I don?t think!
Has anyone else just jumped in without having an idea and then found it?
Man and all the information on the SBI/Site Sell site has kept me busy for a week and still haven't got through all of it.

I think that most people go into SBI with only a slight idea of what they may like to do. Once they start using the Brainstorm It and get their master keyword list built, their ideas start to take shape. You'll discover many people on the forums aree still trying to find what they want to do. It's all a part of the process. You won't find the profitability of whatever your niche until you jump in with both feet. Take the plunge and don't look back. It's all part of the adventure and is worth every exciting minute.
No worries, Houdy. My Romantic Oregon Coast site was just a flicker of an idea and it never took full form until I started using those two tools. Like Ken Evoy says, it's the way of the tortoise rather than the hare. Slow and steady. Don't be in a rush. Once you get it, just use all the great tools and I'm positive you'll get something together that will make you happy. The "family" of the forums will help you soooo much, too.
I bite the bullet and bought SBI late last year. I did not want to spend the 299 but it turns out it was money well spent. Between the Action Guide and all the tools you wont need to buy it really is quite a bargin. _________________ If you think that putting audio on your website will be a lot of hard work and hassle then download a free 16 page special report Mastering Streaming Audio.
