I want to give ad in ezine. Has anybody tried the ezine advertizing? I think, it is one of the low cost way to get the traffic. If anybody has used this technique, please share your views. Which ezines are effective? Please suggest suitable sources.

Yes ezine advertising is cost effective. Classified ads are cheap and easy to do. Solo ads are more expensive, but can be very effective if you have the right ad in the right ezine.

Here are 3 places to check out on ezine advertising.

1. Directory of Ezines

2. MyWizard Ads

3. HBAds

You can do a Google search and get the website address for all of these.

Solo ads are the most effective in my opinion but also the most expensive... some really good ezines are the online exchange ezine and the work at home...

Please try to find out how the ezine builds its database else they may be spamming your site. Also, in order to convert, the ezine must cater to your website theme of keywords.

Yes, solo ads are the most effective. Why should one save money and buy cheaper small ads, when the RIO is better with solo ads? Maybe for testing th ezine.
But if you have a great article, you can even try to offer that article to ezines, so when they like it, they can post it for free!

yes ezine is effective but expensive, I heard there was one out there that cost $500 for a solo ad (0_0;)

not sure if it's true, but if it was, that's crazy!

It's not so expensive. Maybe for a huge list. You can get some for $80 or cheaper, good ones. You have to test where the ads bring you profit, and then you repeat that, and don't do the bad ones again.

Also not only sell but build your list with it, so if you don't make immediate enough profit to cover your cost, it will come in over time when you promote something to your list!

I have had great success with solo ads using PCMech.comfor my pc repair videos.They are pricy at #50.00 but I more than tripled my profits.
Very Happy

Try running three to five ezine ads at the same time to which one ezine ad work and what ezine publisher site are working for you.

Solo ads in ezines are very effective for list building. This is the main use of ezines in terms of advertising other than submitting to them with the purpose of spreading your written articles all over the internet.

You can use the traditional form or you can use credit based safelists where people click on your link to earn credits. This is less effective to me, but still you can get a number of subscribers to your list this way to using an opt-in page.
