Hi Eric, Thanks for the interest. It's nearly three years now since I had the bone marrow transplant and my health is pretty good now.
I've been wondering if I should delete those old sections of the message board.

It's the same with your websites...
Keep them current, or remove them. 
I think that if it's been 3 years, it probably isn't as hot a topic now...

I was recently chatting to my wonderfully witty (his words not mine) old pal Justin, who seems to imply we've nothing to worry about.
