Well, this has been going on forever. The issue is for the actual casino sites, not the casino portals or affiliates. I would say about 98% of all casino sites are already hosted overseas. Anyway... the ruling is ridiculous. The US gov allows land-based casinos to flourish and try to sniper online casinos, which just makes no sense. The gov probably doesn't get a cut of the casino profits from taxes and thus are creating an issue. Oh well. People don't really use their credit cards for online play these days anyway.  _________________ Avalon
