Dear All,

I joined the Success University some time back but had to withdraw because I was experiencing repeated problems during downloading of their online video training programs.

I was persistently having buffering problem every few seconds. A one-hour lecture took me more than 2 hours to finish, not to mention the frustration caused by the interruption!

Also, their Help Desk did not respond to my cry for help after more than 5 days!

Any of you having the same problems? If yes, how do you overcome it?
