SBI is short for Site Build It. We have a couple of Site Build It case studies on this site. There's also a Site Build It section on this message board.

Both are extremely good. I tried SBI first, and just because I'm a little too ADD, I didn't follow through,
When I tried James Martells course, I followed it all the way through, and now I have a thriving gaming computer website that is doing very well.
So either will work, you jsut have to stick with it.
