Post subject: The Internet CHANGED Today ...
|
|
|
Hey, Everyone -
The Internet is slowly changing from a rape-and-run mentality to a relationships-mandatory scenario. Now days, nothing has much value out here other than relationships. True fact ...
When more people understand this situation, the Internet will even begin to change much faster. The Net is still a 'new kid' who's not quite sure whom to play with in the new neighborhood ...
Plus, the bullies have yet to be run off and the shy kids are still afraid, content to carefully peer out from the safety of their curtains they hide behind.
Add to that all the newbies wandering through the neighborhood and entering this cycle ... who don't know where to turn or whom to trust, and it drags down the acclimation curve for the whole Internet community.
I know many of today's top marketers who will admit in private that they were spammers many years ago. Why?
It worked.
But those days are now gone.
Today all the deals worth doing are based solely on relationships - not products. If you can't build relationships with the 'right people' - you're sunk. Again ... just the true facts ...
And misinformed newbies who scream around everywhere offering 50% commissions on bogus or tired products no one wants just don't understand the big picture yet. They're so vulnerable ...
But what's really exciting is that the greatest products and services have yet to even be created ... and that's really cool ...
Just my 2 cents based on my own real experiences -
God Bless you,and Happy Holidays to all ...

Post subject: Thanks - I think ...
|
|
|
Hey, Serge -
If you are being sincere - thank you.
If not, please understand that way too many people are being totally misled on purpose these days by marketers who have only one mission - to gain acceess to your credit card number.
JV-everything is the rage, because it's the fad of the week. Experienced marketers don't fall for the fad of the week. They build a consistent, solid, long-term business based on solid, trusted relationships.
It is not the product that counts - they all die eventually. It is and will always be the relationships. The real trick is knowing how to begin and nurture them out here.
That' s the skill most people lack ...
God Bless you,
Chip Tarver

Some very good insight there! The net is just like real life, you're not going to shop at a store where the employees treat you poorly, customer service and relationships lead to repeat business, which is where the money in business is truly made. _________________ Robert

Post subject: Great Analogy ...
|
|
|
That's right, Robert.
But too many so-called "marketers" act just like some drunk bozo at the local bar who walks up to the girls and says, "HEY - Wanna go get a hotel room, Babeee?"
If they only understood the analogy and correlation between that reference and sending an unsolicited, poorly-written JV offer to an untargeted market.
Same thing ... different victim.
Happy Holidays, Robert -
God Bless you,
Chip Tarver

Hello everyone.

Reminds me of a thread...

You hit the nail on the head there, Charlie. That's the essence. |
Here's the details...

Can't say I'm speaking from experience here, but...
Maybe some of those girls are pleased to be able to spot a "drunk bozo" a long way off, and actually realise that approaches of this kind are not the ones to worry about.
Personally, when it comes to marketers, I think I prefer the kind who wrap a sales letter round their hand before punching you in the face, over those who pat you on the back with one hand while groping for your wallet with the other.
Just a thought,
Charlie. _________________ "Before I speak, I have something important to say."
