Post subject: Credit card safety issues

Hi,
When you start a dropship business with manufacturers, they'll need your credit card on file, so they can charge you with your order, i assume.
Here's my question
1. Is it safe to give out your credit card info to manufacturers?
2. What credit card info should i send to the manufacturer usually? i don't want to sent something that's not necessary.(CC number, *3 digit number, name, etc...)
I'm still pretty new to this, any other issue i should know or advice would be appreciated and thanks for helping. |

I have always used Dropshippers recommended by WorldWide Brands. I never remember any of them asking me for CC info until I placed my order.
