Just to be sure, as english isn't my native, hyphen is this mark ------- right?

As I remember correctly from a while back, I was advised to actually use hyphens, it was said to be better than just putting all the words together. SE looked more favorably to sites with the words seperated by -------

Has that changed now? I see some people say use no more than one hyphen. I see no logical reason for this.

Can someone more expirienced answer this question?

What are the current rules about hyphens? As I mainly use hyphens, and a lot of them, this is an important question. Thanks.

Yes.

Keywords in the domain can help a little. Hyphens can help SEs identify the keywords. In other word, the advantage is "a little of a little".

I believe not.

I have various domains with 3 or 4 hyphens and several domains with two hyphens together. I have seen no changes in the way they are treated by the SEs.

A more important consideration is how these domains are looked at by humans. Many people aren't too keen on too many hyphens, apparently.

Cheers,
Charlie.

The bulk of the sites created by SBI users use hypenated names and many of the highest ranking ones are still ranking very high on the search engines. So, I think there's other factors at work here not just the hypenated domain name.
