Post subject: Perplexed by Non-Support Of Clickbank Vendor

Hello,I am new to the forum and I have a dilema right now.
I purchased a service from a vendor, cb-checks.com. I had questions for this vendor but I havent gotten a reply in almost 3 weeks. at first the email bounced. Ive emailed several times and still no reply.
..Im wondering of they are a scam... I ask clikbank support to help get in thouch witht he vendor. I wanna give the person the benefit fo the dought and If they know about them, but nothing has yet been done about their lack of support. I dont think they have even answered clickbank.
anyone else know about this vendor 
Im about to ask for a refund.
any feed back would be appreciated.

Sorry, I don't know anything about them.
Don't lose heart though: these things happen sometimes. At least ClickBank are very fair to customers when it comes to refunds.

Thanks for the reply Charlie.
I cant get over how a vendor like that gets past Clickbank admin. I thought they screened the product and the application. I would think a seller making a tall order that cb-checks makes, would be a red flag suspect.
I paid through pay pal. I was trying to hold off on this person but theres no reason why I should fork away 49 bucks

I also have had no response from cb-checks- have sent several e-mails- i guess the story about the closely guarded secret formula that he locks up i a safe should have been a dead give away. I guess it's time to try for my refund too

 Yes.. I just put in my refund today..plus I complained to Clickbank for allowing that guy to operate like that. Dont use the refund link on his site, its his own autoresponder..I asked paypal and clickbank for my money.
It amazes me the lenghts some people will take to scam for money.
The other give-a-way is that I saw that he had posted advertising for his services..if that formula worked why is he trying to sell more services for 49.00 when he says, hes made 31,000 in 2 weeks?

Well I got my refund back today from Clickbank. They are really good in the customer service arena. They do care. How CB-Checks.com got past them, I will never know.
