I have an Australian Clixgalore Merchant account. They produced some banners for me which I ordered in error and cancelled the same day. They admitted their mistake and very forcefully told me not to use them. They also said they would refund the money. This was 3 weeks ago. After 10 phone calls (8 messages on the answering machine with no reply), about 6 emails and still nothing. They were very helpful when I signed up but as soon as they had my money the customer service dried up. I still dont have the money. I have managed to talk to the manger (Chris) twice. he told me the payment was 'scheduled' nothing happened, then I was told it would be paid in a 'timely fashion' not taking this crap I tied him down to agreeing to pay 7 days from first contact. 14 days later Im still waiting. When I asked Chris why he hadnt returned my calls he told me he doesnt ring mobile phones. Pathetic!

I can only describe them as unprofessional, very poor customer service and untrustworthy! I am reporting them to the NSW Office of FAIR Trading. Dont join them. If anyone has any ideas how to get the money back Id be greatful. They owe me $450.00.

If James from ClixGalore.com reads this, your assistance would be appreciated. If your organisation is so honest get them to pay up!

Hi I'd just like to throw my two cents worth in and go against the trend.
I'd just like to say that I am an affiliate with clixgalore australia and have just dealt with their customer service team and they were very very efficient. The problem I had is with a merchant that had not paid up when they should have and tried to take sales without paying up their commission. Which is really lousy!!!! Clixgalore recitified this for me. Also I have never had a problem with getting my payments through from clixgalore and I like their programme. I prefer clixgalore to others
cheers Very Happy

I join it before 2 years and made $4 only but when read discussion. I leave it due to bad payment history. So think before promote it. because their are lots of good networks are today. Promote only guranteed payment programs.

As a merchant of over 2 years using clixgalore.com.au I must say that of late I have been very disappointed.

My January credit card statement shows clixgalore took 2 amounts from my credit card on the 2nd and 5th January. They were not entitled to do so and my clixgalore reports shows 1 amount.

I emailed and phoned and no reply. Needless to say I'll be looking for a new network.

Clixgalore is the rudest provider I have ever used.I have never been treated so poorly.

They do not reply to emails ( they might reply to 1 in 3 emails after a few weeks )

they do not return phone calls ( I have called every day for the last 2 weeks and I either get hung up on, or sent to voicemail. )

I am waiting for a large payment from December ( my first month ) and am now very concerned that I will never be paid, or even replied to...

That is the MOST crappy answer I have ever receive. Looks like ClixGalore only cared what people are discussing about them in the forum and doesn't reply to affiliate's email/help/request.

I am not the only one who has this problem here.

If you guys need evidence or proof... I'll be glad to COPY AND PASTE! Directly from WarriorForum.

So James, please kindly answer this and "HELP" us in these matter.

Quote:
Default ClixGalore.... STAY AWAY From them!
Just wanted to let you all know that clixgalore is a gigantic scam. Whether you are a merchant or an affiliate, you need to stay away. Here's why...

For about 2 months now I have been promoting a product from the Clixgalore marketplace -- Sales were going good and I had little complaints. Last month, I quickly made the payout level and was told a payment (check) had been sent. After about 3-4 weeks, I started getting worried about the payment and decided to ask for an update regarding it; clixgalore has very poor "payment" information to go off of just so you know. I sent in an email politely asking for an update on the payment. Within 12 hours, my account was closed and all earnings ($100+) had been forfeited.

You heard correctly, I asked about my payment, which was allegedly in the mail on it's way to me, and I was immediately ejected from the program. I did nothing wrong, I followed the rules and didn't use any shady marketing tactics; yet, because I was concerned for my payment or lack there of, they got rid of me. I sent in numerous emails asking for a response to the closure, but they have yet to respond -- which is why I am here telling you all this.

As you can see, the amount wasn't that huge, just a measly $100 bucks or so. However, that should give you a more clear picture of why these people can't be trusted. Can you imagine if I had waited until $250 or even $500 to cash out? That would have really been horrible, and I'd be even more flabbergasted than I am now.

If you do a little research online, you'll find that clixgalore is well known for this habit of constantly ripping off affiliates and merchants -- information that I would have liked to have had before I joined.

If you're currently a member and have been paid by clixgalore, consider yourself lucky; as it is simply a matter of time before they take your earnings, close your account, and leave you with no reason of why they did it.

Alright then, I just wanted to warn the warrior community of this shady ad network and their bottom-feeding practices.

Thanks for Listening,

-Sean

UPDATE

I guess the warrior forum has more of an impact than I thought. I don't know if it's a coincidence but Clixgalore just sent me a detailed email apologizing for the situation (they were "checking" my account -- whatever that means) and they even paid me via paypal!

I find the paypal payment odd considering I should have received a check (what I was told), but I'm just happy I got payment at all.

Do I trust clixgalore because of this? No. I am still weary of using them, and you guys should be too. I will continue to use them to see If I can get another payment, but beyond that, I don't know about my long term affiliation with them. For now though, i'll be watching them like a hawk!

Thanks for all the comments Guys!

How I wish I study deeply in this forum

I was making money on ClixGalore and I was using legitimate ways to generate traffic, when I was getting EUR 138, my account was closed for no apparent reason that i used adware or spyware on my website and etc etc, which is a complete bull. For all CPA newbies, AVOID CLIXGALORE AT ALL COST!

Regards,
Rayson

P.S. Another friend of mine which is also with ClixGalore also got his account closed and he did not even receive an email. He's only got 15.50 AUD.

KEEP AWAY!

Moderator, please pin this warning so everyone knows this unfortunate event happened again and again.

Hi,

Is anyone else having similar problems with this merchant / affiliate network? You see, they state that there is a payment threshold of $50 - which means that even if you try to close your affiliate account with them in order to get paid in full, they tell you that credit balances which are less than $50 will NEVER be paid.

This is ClixGalore standard reply:
"Balances cannot be combined, or paid out if they are below the payment threshold. The balance will remain until the threshold is achieved."

I don't think such business practices are sound... so, today I have filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) about ClixGalore and their business practices.

What is your view about it?

I am trying to get this outstanding issue sorted out by contacting directly the merchant for whom the affiliate sale was generated. When ClixGalore found out about it, they phoned the merchant insisting that they are a "reputable company".
And they also told the merchant that I am "being difficult" - can you believe it?

As the merchant wants to help sorting out this problem, I suggested that he should request ClixGalore for the PROOF that they are a "reputable company", i.e. to prove that they did pay the affiliate (me!).

I'll keep you all informed about the latest developments and how to deal in similar situations that might also happen to you, in the future.

LOL, James? You Still there? Hello?

Guy, STAY AWAY!

After 6 Months promoting this program,i get one payout.this takes about 1 month to send me the money to paypal.after that payment i start promoting some more banners from clixgalore because i am happy for getting that payment.after 2 months i get noticced they process my payment(i am waiting one more month and the money never cames) i contact the support and they told me some banners gets redirect but this is normal because cashcrusader uses the runner/redict at all banners,i just ignored that email from clixgalore.
and when my account gets over $80 i get one email from clixgalore saying your account is suspended and the money are send back to merchants because your site are incentive and is not allowed to promote our merchants programs.
Soo if is not allowed why i get one payment and i don t see this in terms??
i still waiting for reply about one week and i lost time and money paying money to members visit clixgalore clients sites.also i have contacted one of the merchants and they told me never get any payment back from clixgalore regarding this problem and clixgalore never send money back to any merchants.

Hi Friends,

I had joined ClixGalore affiliate network and started promoting it. After some time, I referred a merchant and 10% commission was shown in my affiliate panel.

After waiting for 50 days and mailing for them to know what happened with my pending sales I did not get a single reply.

Finally I called them. They told me to send the details by mail. I shouted at them saying that I had sent 50 times and no one replied.

Finally I talked with one of the affiliate guy Graham Fayers and he replied saying that my sales is declined because that affiliate was already with them so they will not pay.

I had promoted them for more than 50 days and spending annoying 50 days just for waiting to know the status of sales, they simply declined my commission with such a reason.

I ow $100 to them. I don't know whether they will pay me or not but It is my advise, NEVER JOIN CLIXGALORE AFFILIATE NETWORK.

ClixGalore are scammers, they stole over $500 from my credit card!!!!

I tried talking to them and asked for them to return the funds and they basically laughed at me.

An expensive mistake for a new business owner, next time I will google the name of the business I am looking to have dealings with before I hand over my credit card details.

Fortunately my bank is working with me to get my money back. I also reported the company to the Office of Fair Trading. (I am located in Australia and their Australian branch was responsible for this fraud.)

If you have been "had" by them and you are Australian, you can also contact the Office of fair Trading or talk to your bank.
Hi,

I have read many posts in this forum about ClixGalore and many of them says bad things about them. So now I am just wondering if they pay?

Has anyone received money from them and also take part in their merchants datafeeds?
Clixgalore are a bunch of freaking thieves!!!

I was a merchant with them for about 3 years and just recently decided to
close my account with clixgalore. I sent them a very nice email asking them not to
withdraw anymore funds out of my bank account as I was having problems with several
unauthorized withdrawals and my bank account was seriously overdrawn. If anyone is a
vendor with them then you know that they take funds out of your account to fund your
clixgalore account in order to pay your affiliates. When you have a low balance of
$50 they will take out an extra $75 from your bank account to make sure you have
enough money to pay your affiliates in case they make a sale for you. Well I had 2
sales that occurred so they wanted to withdraw the usual $75. However, I still had
$50 leftover in their account after my
affiliate were already paid, so I sent them a pleasant email asking them not to do
the usual $75 withdrawal as I wanted to close out my account and to have the
remainder of my funds ($50) deposited back to me.

Well I never heard back from them and next thing you know they went ahead
and withdrew the $75 anyways and overdrew my account even more which I was trying to
avoid. I explained to them the situation and told them that I would be charged a fee
for the withdrawal if they did it and run up the balance of my account even more.
Obviously they did not care. So now I'm a ticked and I send them another email
requesting again to close out my account and to give me back my money they have
which was now about $125 minus their fees. No response, letter 2 - No Response,
letter 3-4-5, no response. I ended up sending them about 9+ emails with absolutely
NO Response. Mind you now it is going on 2 months! So I email them again telling
them I am going to report them and so on and I did contact the BBB and they were
contacted from them. Still Nothing!

It's funny that I had emailed them several times in the past for
questions and so on and never had a problem getting a quick reply back, But as soon
as I asked for my money back now they don't know me? It's not like I owed them money
or owed it to my affiliates. This money was mine so it is basically theft.
I know it's not a lot of money (thank god) but it put me $110 more in the hole.

From what I've been reading on the net it seems they do this all the time
so I would advise EVERYONE to STAY AWAY from clixgalore as well! They are obviously
thieves and don't give a crap about their customers!

I have been receiving payments from clix galore for 6 years now. Each month and without fail. However, they are a little slow in depositing payments to your elected institution. After closing your transactions each month it usually takes about 3-4 weeks. So if they clear your affiliate account say, every 15th of the month, you can expect the payment in your bank/Pay Pal account around the 10th of the next month. But you will always get paid. I've never had any problems or a dispute with them.
