Post subject: macromedia pop up

I'm getting this pop up about 'installing macromedia 7' whenever I go to cj or shareasale - it's driving me mad!
I've run adaware and deleted the stuff it's picked up but no go - it's still popping up - is it a valid install or a parasiteware thing?
Help!

Its the flash plugin and needed for both sites. It's perfectly safe. Macromedia is the creator of Flash, as well as Dreamweaver, Fireworks, and a variety of other web software.

Thanks Debs,
I've figured it out - apparently hubby uninstalled macromedia from the computer last night - unbeknownst to me - and I panicked when I logged on today to find this pop-up - I loathe pop-ups and thought it was me - it's all cleared up now - I'm really paranoid now with gator and everything else...

I don't blame you gator especially is nasty stuff! I keep the free software adaware by lavasoftusa.com and run it when popups happen, or at least once a week. Keeps me humming
