For all you experienced SBI folks...
How do I catch the customers email address before they click to the affiliate? Because if they click to the affiliate, they probably don't come back, right?
I've seen many internet marketing sales pages do this and was wondering your experience, and if you would recommend such a tactic. If so, how is this done with the SBI system?
Note to Charlie - I have just bought the Amazing List Machine as you recommended and it looks to be everything you mentioned. I'll let you know of my progress...
I use the newsletter subscription signup form to get my visitors emails and do a newsletter to them. I make it prominent on each page of my site, as well as offer free stuff to members only. It's increased my signup rate over 300% so I'm very happy.

I think it is an excellent idea generally, but especially if the product is expensive or the merchant has a poor CR (but you still believe strongly in the product). And then there's (everyone's favourite) the backend.
Sorry, but I do not use SBI for my lists.

I think the approaches are great, but also the way Paul Myers makes you think. It hurts a bit at first, but gets easier with practise.
Often you have better answers to your own questions than anyone else ever can. The trick is to ask the right questions. By the way, did you know that one way to recognise a good consultant is to notice whether they ask you lots of questions (or just do all the talking themselves)?
