So, and now I have the next question for you, sorry about that...
I looked in the affiliate program list on associateprograms.com for a travel affiliate program which also offers journeys to Europe, but I didn't find anything.
Now I wanted to aks you if you might know one.
I found one program only offering hotels in Europe, but I'ld like to have a complete packet (flight, hotel, etc.)

I'd try Google. Read about their advanced search, and then search using specific key words like hotels or flights together with "affiliate". You could also try "associate", "partner" and "reseller". Not a single search phrase, but a sum of specific parts. Google's advanced search page shows you how.
Also, if you have any specific countries in mind, use the country name in the search. Even cities.
You mention packages. How about independent travellers, too. Have you got any local knowledge that might help? You need to get away from competing head on with the huge general travel sites. If you use your imagination, I'm sure there are plenty of ways you can.
Try drilling down to find the more specific, less competitive terms for creating pages, also. You will find that the general search terms, though popular, will contain many less serious visitors.

Cj, BeFree, and Linkshare offer a multitude of travel merchants that offer worldwide travel including Travelocity, Hotwire, Expedia, CheapTickets, SkyAuction, Orbitz, just to name a few.

Sorry that my request sounded like I haven't done any work before I asked, but I was just about starting my first affiliate page, so I'm not registered in the big networks like CJ. Maybe I can look some programs up when I started my first page.
