If you are looking for (or even thinking of) hiring a manual article submission service to submit your articles to article directories, what criteria the article submission service should have?

You can use rentacoder to find people in other countries to do it for you for less than $50. Unbeatable!

You got me wrong, mate. I meant the QUALITIES/FEATURES/OFFERS you will be looking in a manual article submission service.
