report? It seems to me that it's not real time, and also from my own site statistics, the impressions and the click through rate are higher then what is showing in the CJ report. Any body has any similar experience? Thanks _________________ http://www.happygreetings.net |

Happy,
It is not uncommon for your own stats to show more than any ad agency such as CJ, BeFree, Linkshare, etc. There are several reasons for this:
1. the viewer has cookies disabled
2. the viewer has images off
3. the viewer has javascript disabled
4. the view has parasiteware installed
There may be more reasons, but these are the ones that come to mind easily right now.

| Reporting should always be current - updates occur ever 20 - 40 minutes for impressions, clicks, sales and leads. |

Ok, Allan, now I am impressed You got the eyes of CJ here!
Todd, as an aside, does CJ have anything going to "fix" the Norton Firewall ax on the CJ links?

What do you think about making a gif to put directly under an aff. link that says "If you are using ad blocking software and this link doesn't work- just copy and paste this link into a new brouser window"
Then post the link.
Other wise than that I think all cj links are useless. I have a newish site and it was doing ok and now nothing at all. All my links come from cj and I am working feverishly to find replacements.
So what about all the SBI theme sites that are being developed by thousands of people using affiliate links? I am in the process of building my first one. Interesting that the keywords that word tracker said would be the best were completely different than the ones SBI said would be good. So now I have 2 sites on the same subject that are completely different.
Have you seen Rosllind Gardner's newsletter today? She is having the same problems - big time.
So basically the question comes down to - is it going to be worth it to continue making theme sites based on affiliate links? _________________ Cruise through water and wind with the Water Sport Center links.
