Post subject: Does anybody use Ingram Micro as a dropshipper? - dropship
|
|
|
Hi I have a small (very small) bussiness on ebay. I am curiouse to see if Ingram Micro is really a wholesale distributor. I have tried other distributors like D&h and Petra and the BOTH SUCKED! On average it was cheaper to buy them at a retail store EVEN WITH SALES TAX! I do have 1 real wholesale distributor and it only has 12 items. It seams like the more items a distributor has the higher prices they charge. Is this true with Ingram Micro? Does anybody currently use them as a dropshipper? Do they have real wholesale prices? I would appreciate it sooooooooo much if someone could reply with an answer! Thank you

Hi,
Ingram Micro is a real wholesaler. A friend of mine worked for them a couple of years.
But don't know about their prices and if they are good dropshippers.
Cheers,

I need the same exact thing, a REAL wholesale dropshipper. I am curiously close to purchasing chris maltas dropshipping list, but I am not sold yet.
I too, like the guy above, would appreciate some helpful nudging in the right direction. |

| I have purchased Chris Maltas package and I was not incredibly impressed. Especially because it had Petra in it. WHICH ISNT A REAL WHOLESALER! They are a distributor, and yes they do manufacturer some of there own stuff, but dont offer remotly close wholesale prices. I did fine one true wholesaler on there list but the market was flooded with people selling there product. Not to mention they were only making $0.50. They probably did'nt realize that they where losing mony because of Ebay's fees. Anyway I am currently applying for another distributor. If this one isnt good then I will try Ingram micro, and if Imgram Micro dosent work out I m going back to buying in bulk (exept for 2 products which I found a good dropshipper for). However if Ingram micro goes well I will post it on this form. Good luck and as a wise man once said "work ON your bussiness, not IN your bussiness" |

| If you know what you want to sell, contact the main company for that product, and they will put you in contact with a legitimate distributor of their product. Keep in mind though, if you buy one item at a time, it's going to be tough to get a decent price on whatever it is you want to sell. |

Post subject: HELP!
|

I am new to this forum. I am in DESPERATE search of a REAL dropshipper.
I am a stay at home mom and I am starting to sell online however I do not have a lot of money to put into it right now and I have looked at the World Wide Brands and the Dropship Design however I do not have that kind of money to put into a list. I was thinking of buying one of them when I got the money but I am not even sure if it is worth it. I don't want to waist my money. I know alot of people make a living with online stores and such but none of them are going to take you under their wing and show you how to make money because then you would be the competition. I just would like someone to be kind enough to help me and give me some information on real dropshippers and how to get started with little to no money out of pocket I just don't want to get scammed and get hit with a negative selling reputation becaue the dropshipper was a fraud. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!!
Thanks,
Jessica |

Instead of dropshipping, you could investigate affiliate programs. That's what the vast majority of us on this forum are involved in. Nearly all affiliate programs are free to join, you don't have to handle inventory or postage and packaging or customers, etc. There are many thousands to choose from, in just about every industry you can possibly imagine. _________________ Allan Gardyne

Dropshippers don't handle those items either.
But I get your point. _________________ Robert

Hi everyone , I know of a reliable dropshipper.
Their service is available to just about anyone in any country. They dropship products within the U.S and canada and have very good prices.
I live in New Zealand and have used them with no problems.
The catch is... I am selling this info for a small fee.
You can have a look at my auction here ,
