hello i am currenly running dating site and have huge email list ... so will it be legal if i send them my affiliate links ..'. if yes is there any software available free which can send email to thousands of peoples (how will i get it ) ...
what are legal things i need to keepin mind before sending email ? like do i need to give my address or unsubscribe option or anything else ?

i have added register now button on dating site where peoples leave email/address. source of traffic is search engines/forums traffic/tell a friend /offline market

I apologize for taking so long to return to this thread - for some reason I didnt receive the email notification 
Anyway, did you just collect all of these email addresses manually - or did you have the subscribers "double opt in"? The reason I ask is because under the new Can-Spam act, you may or may not be able to import those email addresses into some sort of mailing list manager...
To answer your questions, you will need to include an unsubscribe option and your physical mailing address in each email sent to your list.

the major problem is email i send always go to bulk mail means if i send 1000 emails just few hits on my link and normally no money ? sounds email marketing is useless

Well written email marketing works brilliantly.
Badly written email marketing is useless.
People judge you by what they see. To sharpen your writing skills, you could experiment by improving your writing on this forum.

In addition to Allan's suggestions, your success with email marketing depends on several factors. Such as, where did you get the list? What are you promoting? etc.
