Alan,
That is fascinating reading. It sets my head a spinning with possible ideas for a couple of my sites. I don't have the traffic to go big on any idea, but just as you have added this forum and it has become popular, I can see the advantage of moving along your or craigslist line.
If a free service brings in people and people sometimes click here or there on a google adsense ad or affiliate link..........interesting.
Food for thought. I bookmarked all those articles after reading them and will return to them to think this out. _________________ Bob
Interesting. How do you know when your craigslist ad is working. My question may sound st...d, but please bear with a newbie. Thanks. _________________ Wishing You Health and Success!

I've posted some ads for my dating website with affiliate links, but they have been removing some of my ads as spam. I was posting in the "activities" section and got some hits, but their TOS apparently won't let you post affiliate links on their site except in the "small business ads" section, though I see people getting around this every day. _________________ http://pats-planet.com http://pats-planet.net http://pats-planet.org
That's one ugly site! But boy is it ever powerful! Last I heard was 1,000,000 uniques per month! Wow. Put adsense on that thing and bang, big bucks galore. Since eBay allegedly owns 25% of it, craigslist probably doesn't need the revenue.
How can such an ugly thing be so popular? _________________ ***** Ethical Linking For Your Sites ****
