I just signed up for it yesturday, amazing they give you $5 just for signing up and its free.

I find a few sites are doing this now. But this is only so that they can try to make you sign up with them. Once you sign up you normally will not receive the payment until you reach the minimum payout level, which then means you will have to make a few sales to make your account balance higher.
