My website made it's first commision sale after being online for about six weeks. And I am very excited whenever one of my new sites makes a sale...
I know my website is increasing in traffic, but I would like to double my website visitors for next month.
Are there any methods that you can use to increase your website visitors?
I would like to love to hear what methods your using out there that works for you, at his moment I would like to use different service paid or free, are no problem. _________________ Alex Marlin a.k.a achiever

Ok, I am not sure what you mean by doubling your keywords.
He means that, if you have a ppc campaign, you can double the amount of keywords for which to bid.
Instead of say 10 keywords for which you have ads on adwords or overture, you can bid for 10 more and get double the traffic (depends on the popularity of the keywords), and double the expenses of course ( again, depending on the cost per click).

But if you don't do ppc, don't worry about it.
Eugen.
Thanks Eugen,
But isn't that wasting your money.
Your bidding on many keywords, but are they really targetted?
I always thought the idea was to get your campaigns down to the least amount of effective keywords. Maybe I got this all mixed up... but I give everything a try and who knows it might be a winning strategy. _________________ Alex Marlin a.k.a achiever

Well, it depends. You've got to choose the keywords carefully.
If you bid for the most popular keywords, they will get you lots of traffic. But their cost pe click is much higher as there is much more competition. You also get the least targetted traffic this way.
If you bid for the least competitive keywords, you will get less traffic per keyword, but also much cheaper. You can even pay the minimum ammount per click (5 cents or whatever it currently is).
Say you have a site that sell car parts in Seatle. If you bid for "car parts" which may be very popular, you'll get tons of traffic for which you'll pay a fortune. Of that ton of traffic, very few will reside in seatle and be interested in what you offer. waste of money.
But if you bid for "car parts seatle", "Audi rims seatle", "steering weel seatle" and many more like these not very popular keywords, you'll get the same ammount of traffic as you could get by bidding for "car parts", but many times cheaper and way more targetted.
So, if you want to do ppc, bid for many less competitive keywords instead of just one or two general ones.

Lots of good suggestions there.
Another way to increase your traffic is to launch a newsletter, which keeps reminding your website visitors that your site exists.
You could also launch an autoresponder series for the same reason. _________________ Allan Gardyne

Hi Allan -
I use an autoresponder for my newsletter and sometimes get asked which autoresponder is best. While I'm happy with the product - I've never tried any others.
Which would autoresponder(s) do you recommend? _________________ Andrea Thomson

Hi Andrea,
I use Virtual Responders, they also have a free version without ads for those on a tight budget.
It 's better than many of those paid auto responders I have used before.
Check it out, I know you will be glad you did... _________________ Alex Marlin a.k.a achiever

I tried pay per click, but for nothing good was I able to get much traffic.
The prices are on the high end, I just can't see myself paying $1 per click.
I increased my bid price to $0.25, and only got like one click per day, it just didn't make me feel like I was gaining any grounds there.
My next move is for a newsletter, I am still strung up on what I will wite about. Don't know exactly what to write about, that will make vistors keep coming back for more. _________________ Alex Marlin a.k.a achiever
