|

I've just spent better part of a day doing a brainstorming session and then doing the 3 extra sessions on the resulting keywords. Ended up with a great list of keywords to transfer to the master keyword list, so I press the magic button and it only transfers ONE keyword, the main that I already had!! Now I can't do anything for 7 days. Is there a way around this and what caused this?
I checked the box for each word that I wanted, and unchecked the ones I didn't want and then told it to transfer the good ones to my master list. But they didn't. this is really annoying! _________________ Have a great day

| Did u try to do another brainstorming session? It may let you. It will definitely let you if you haven't transferred the keywords. |

that's the point, i DID transfer the keywords to the master keyword list, but it didn't transfer them all, only one. Now if i try and do another one it says i have to wait 7 days. _________________ Have a great day

I had a problem with the Manager a while ago, but I was given instructions for reinstalling it, and haven't had any problems since. You have to make sure that certain system files are properly deleted before you proceed.
Once you know this method, you can reinstall the Manager any time you have problems and override the 7 day repeat brainstorm block.
Ask support for the exact details. It was actually Ken himself who gave me this information, but hopefully others are aware.
Hope this helps,
Charlie. _________________ "Before I speak, I have something important to say."

Well I got a reply from support and they just told me to reopen the manager and see if the keywords were imported. And guess what, they were! They didn't show up at the time, but now they are all there and they've all been successfully imported to the master keyword list. That's a relief! _________________ Have a great day
