Hi,
some time ago a purchased Martells Book and wonder if i am entitled to a free or discounted upgrade to the latest version
I already tried to contact them but never received any answer...

You used their support form right? You should have received an autoresponse immediately saying they received your message and will get back soon.

I believe you should be entitled to an upgrade....
