Based upon my quick look through your site, it looks like you followed the guide nicely. Well planned and laid out.

What specifically were you looking for in your review ... what problem are you trying to get answered? Knowing this would go a long way in helping us to know what to look at.

If you are wondering if you are on the right track, and focused, I would say it appears so Smile

Jeremy,

I have to agree with Debs, you've worked very hard at the content. This site should do very nice!

However, I feel the Homepage could use some muscle. Smile At least a picture with some nice muscle tones, to wet the excercise appetite!

If you have a nice "bod" yourself, you could add a picture of yourself, to build credibility.

Also, on the excercise pages the use of pictures could clarify the excercises. But for now, focus on the content!

Thanks for the review.

My only concern is I have
not been spidered yet in Google.

25 of my 39 pages are listed in
Alta Vista greater than 30.

My keywords are ok, I think.
I could of done a better job
in my demand/supply comparison.

I think now I know how to choose
better keywords. I am going to
make more pages that have better
keywords to draw traffic.

I guess I am looking for support
that I should be patient that the traffic
will come.

Like Ken says," When in doubt create
more content".

Ken is absolutely right! Smile

And yes, patience is essential. You don't say how long your site has been live sooooo all I can say is give it 3 months, and check the SE HQ, click the keyphrase (not the page.html link) to see the status of the indexing.

Get some links back to your site, set up a reciprocal links page and go get at least 10 good links asap. Google likes to see some backlinks, this can help get you indexed, as well as ranked better.

Hi Jeremy,

You did a nice job, nice content, easy on the eyes...I agree with Erwin, I'd love to see some graphics on your site.

Selling the dream of having a nice body is visual thing...I think when people are doing a search on those products they might stop and say, "yeah, that's what I want to look like"

Also for your excercise pages, it might be nice to have some pictures showing the excersises. Digital cameras are so inexpensive now you can do them yourself.

Can't comment on getting results, I'm just starting out myself, but in Ken Evoy and the other SBI'ers before us, I trust...keep building content and the traffic and sales will come.
