Has anyone tried them? is it worth it? I don't know anything about blogging and pinging and was considering buying this tutorial. CAn anyone out there who's actually tried it tell me what you think of the whole thing and if it actually worked for you.....thanks...

It works very well and once you see the videos and learn how to do it on one site (which will take at most 30 min) , you will easy be able to do the same on with you're other sites.
It won't get you're site ranked, but it will get it noticed and indexed very quickly.
And it works very, very well for getting your site noticed, did for me.
Getting links, having great content on your site and blog and ping so as to get the SE spiders over to your site. The links and content are what will work long term for your site.

Why Rick have to buy a PR6 or PR7 site?
I dont understand it.
But I use his strategy. It works. In 2 or 3 days, my blogs are in Yahoo!
Some people call it Yahoo Backdoor.
