Well, nearly 4 months in, I FINALLY made my first sale through one of my websites. (Other than my blog, which I don't count.) And I'm spoiled for life now - someone bought a product for $329.20 with a 10% commission.
This is not to brag, this is to tell people who are just starting with Martell's book - he's tellilng the truth! And I don't have tons of traffic either on my travel site - I tend to get 5-10 SE searches a day.
So don't get discouraged, keep listening to the Buzz and write, write, write! And when you're not writing, research and put up your next site, it does help!
