Ya, the website definitely made me think twice on just how serious she is on her new niche. But I've seen some of her other work on the Warrior forum and it looked good. She just told me today she's going to be taking the site down soon for maintenance...hopefully that means touching it up.
Another place to buy articles, not so much for requesting is at www.KeywordArticles.com . I haven't bought any of hers, but the samples look good. Her prices are pretty cheap and as some Wholesale articles ready to be purchased for the first 130 or so people. Get 'em while their hot! _________________ 2009 Insider Secrets

Well guys,
This thread has triggered me into rentacoder and content articles. The experience is very good so far: My first bid project is closed after 10 hours, with two writers on the job (different product perspectives), and, based on that experience, I have launched two other projects. In total, they will bring me 26 tier-3 articles with 1000+ words each, and 2 tier-2 articles by myself. Pretty good for 310 USD. Actually, great!
I must say, though, that I will avoid 5$ articles for two reasons: I don't want cheap content, and I must put up some level of respect for the writers. In all honesty... I always think that you are dealing with people when you do business, not only money...
The reason I enjoy rentacoder is that they are right in my lane.
Thank you Phil and Gary (and Allan ) . Very satisfactorily. Great topic, and maybe a turning point in content building. _________________ DatabaseDesigner

I did...
Prices don't look bad if you want to buy in batches of 2. They don't do larger lots... but you can provide your own keyword / phrase. _________________ Eric D. Burdo

Voasi,
Thank you for mentioning my site, KeyWordArticles.com. I have been subscribing to Allan's newsletter for YEARS, but have not visited the forum till today. Imagine my suprise when I saw a link to my site!
Just for everyone's information, I will be happy to negotiate orders larger than two at at time. Please email me with your needs and I'm sure we can work something out.
I've made the decision to keep my prices low so that more folks can afford them. (I'm friends with A LOT of work at home moms, with very tight budgets.) My goal is to provide my clients with high quality content. I take pride in every article I write. Please don't let the low price discourage you.
I noticed that someone mentioned browser errors on either my site or the other one mentioned in this thread. My mind is a tad foggy.... probably because it's almost 3 a.m. here.... is it my site?
If so, I bought an inexpensive templete for KWA. It's actually the first time I've ever worked with one. I've never gotten any errors when viewing the site... I don't want people to run screaming into the night, as someone mentioned.
Again, thank you for the kind words. _________________ Merry Vincent

First of all, thank you for mentioning articlesandcontent.com
our business is very serious, we have an average volume of 3 orders a day and we only started a month ago!
We are taking clients at this time and I am proud to say my team has only top qualitity free-lance writers.
Our website has some issues, correct. They are being taken care of. Thank you for understanding.

My first project on rentacoder.com is done. 3 articles, 3.500 words, with graphics as well, and nicely done. I will continue buying articles in certain areas: I have two more projects assigned. _________________ DatabaseDesigner

I have half my first batch done. Very pleased with them. I am planning on starting batch 2 this week (now that school is done ). I have several sites that I can purchase content for. I am thinking of having a couple of "free reports" written next... _________________ Eric D. Burdo

I just received 10 articles from a rentacoder: High value content, perfect for my site, and at a total of 100$ for 10.000+ words +graphic illustrations. That is value
It may be that rentacoder people fit my niche better than off-topic (non-tech) site owners. For me it fits really spot on
Thanks, Phil, for starting this thread, which got me going _________________ DatabaseDesigner

Sure thing, thanks for your reports.
Maybe one of you fellows would like to post one of the articles you've purchased somewhere the rest of us could see it? Maybe here on the forum?
No need to tell us your domain, your writer, etc.
If you'd like max anonymity, you could log in as guest, or PM the article to me and I'll post it temporarily in one of my domains.
It would be educational for readers here to be able to actually see/read what you get for the prices you're paying.
Glad to hear things are working out for everybody. Thanks for keeping this thread alive as it continually reminds me to follow your lead as soon as I finish the program I'm coding.
Finally, perhaps you can offer me some advice.
I've got a domain, writers-for-you, that I had considered developing in to a showcase for content writers. Not a bidding job market like elance, just a central place to meet writers, see samples, jabber on a forum etc.
Would there be any point to this? Or does rentacoder/elance provide such a good shopping experience that nothing else is needed? _________________ Free Forum And Ezine Hosting

| Phil Tanny wrote: | | Maybe one of you fellows would like to post one of the articles you've purchased somewhere the rest of us could see it? Maybe here on the forum? | Here is a recent article I purchased from ArticlesandContent, who posted a few posts earlier:
http://www.thecarsites.com/Auto-Reviews/Lincoln-Cars-Safety-is-Number-One-at-Lincoln.htm . This article was bought for $200 for 24 articles.
This article is great and very informative. It has 350-400 words and was a great price for the content. I recommend using her. I'm also currently getting some articles from Merry Vincent (KeywordArticles.com) who also posted a few posts earlier. She is charging me $40 for 10 articles.

Elance/Rentacoder do a good job, but you could always branch out. I think this niche is a great opportunity if someone really wants to develop a business model or an informative website for buyers/sellers to meet n' greet like you mentioned Phil. For the newbie, it's tough for them to grasp the concept of buying articles and don't know where to go. Documentation is a great way to build credible in the writers, showcasing the articles they've written.
Let us know if you decide to develop such a marketplace/hub. _________________ 2009 Insider Secrets

Phil... that's an idea I have tossed around several times. I think it would work well. People like KeywordArticles.com and ArticlesandContent.com could promote themselves there, and there are a few others that I have met via Rent-A-Coder.com who have their own website.
Having some good resources available for folks would be useful. _________________ Eric D. Burdo

Just a quick post here...
I just wanted to say that --- although I don't own this topic --- you all have put a very big SMILE on my face. I love to see everyone jumping in and leveraging the talents of others. Personally, I've been doing the writer hiring thing for some time and it is a great way to build content and expand your "publishing empire."
Publish on I say!!!!
