I thought I'd include WebWizards.Net in this forum, since Allan has been such a long-time customer!
We've hosted his associateprograms.com and payperclicksearchengine.com sites for many years, until a few months ago. We still host his lifetimecommissions.com site.
I'd invite everyone to include us when comparison shopping for a new web host. We've been in business since 1997. We have an affiliate program, paying 25% monthly lifetime commissions, with 5% on the second tier.

PayPerClickSearchEngines.com is actually hosted by NoMonthly.com and has been since the site was created in April 2000.

We've certainly been a long-time customer, but Rob's memory is a wee bit faulty on this one.
http://www.AssociatePrograms.com was hosted for several years by WebWizards.net. It is now hosted by pair.com. I'm very happy with it.
Customer support is very good.
http://www.LifetimeCommissions.com has been hosted with WebWizards/net since its launch day. WebWizards.net had extremely serious problems over a lengthy period, but seems to have settled down again. I have no plans to shift hosts. Rob gives friendly helpful advice, which is extremely important to me. It felt like abandoning a friend when I took AssociatePrograms.com away from him.
As Nathan says, http://www.PayPerClickSearchEngines.com has always been hosted by NoMonthly.com. (When I launched it, I never expected that one day there would be more 500 pay-per-click search engines. If I'd anticipated the eventual size of the site, I would have chosen a different host.)
I chose NoMonthly at the time mainly because it was very cheap - which is NOT a sound way to select a web host for a site which has any serious potential.

Since your post Allan back in October things must have changed recently.
I submitted a trouble ticket on 23rd June, a follow up on the 25th on a non-critical issue and no response at all.
Two emails unanswered, phone number on contact page yields an answering machine on two occasions.
A high priority trouble ticket today is unanswered.
My site is fine but the inability to contact Rob is worrying.
Try for yourself.
