The sandbox is a theory...but if you are out, all your pages should be indexed in google search (if not instantly in a short while). _________________ Regards, Emil Ustinescu

| Solaris-Ro - there are different opinions on what the sandbox theory actually is and if it actually exists, but the most popular belief is that new sites are filtered by Google for what looks like 6-9 months and will not rank for any high traffic terms. It definately doesnt effect every site as some sites have be known to escape the sandbox, however a large portion of new sites which target competitive terms are seeing this. It's nothing to do with how many times gbot visits your site or how many pages you have indexed in Google. |

I'll second that. The Google sandbox has NOTHING to do with not being in the index. If you're not in the Google index to begin with, you can't be in the Google sandbox!
The sandbox is believed to make newer sites in the Google search results appear at the very bottom of the listings, that's what has happened to me at least.
Perhaps Allan should put a definition for it on his dictionary page. _________________ Robert

You should start to see more pages within the site: query in Google, which references how many pages Google has indexed and cached.
What can you expect? Well, that all depends on how your pages are structured, URL's, links, etc...basically the quality of SEO that has been done to the site. Potentially, nothing will happen. But now that you have more/all your pages indexed, you have a chance at least for them to acquire a listing in Google's SERPs. _________________ 2009 Insider Secrets

I've had gbot hitting my site for the past several days but the bot doesn't go beyond my home page. When I first brought my site online, I highjacked some bot traffic from one of my other sites. When gbot hit my new site last month, it spidered all of my pages. Any idea what's going on? _________________ Robert Payne
